A few years ago I had a sun block/thermal curtain made by an Inside and Out Living and it was/is still excellent. A year or so after purchase it developed a defect which the store rectified immediately and I posted a very positive review. Last week I decided to get a curtain for another room quoted and naturally went back to the same store - my email enquiry went unanswered so I followed it up, got a call from Anne and then sent her some pics of the window, as requested - silence followed, then several tortuous text exchanges over days with Anne clearly reading mine immediately (iPhones) and then not replying until I followed up hours or days later. Then when we finally got to organising a visit/measuring she says “I’ll call you on Friday”, Friday passes so I send a message asking if I’ll hear from her on Monday and I see she reads it soon after, then I hear nothing all Monday. Hey Anne, if you don’t want to quote on something, if it’s beneath you and you consider it a waste of your busy time THEN JUST SAY SO, it’s that simple. I’ll find another curtain company that is interested in my petty business.

Inside & Out Living made new plantation shutters for 3 bedroom windows recently. These replaced one venetian blind and two canvas blinds. Inside & Out Living carefully measured the window frames, then the shutters were custom fabricated. The new shutters arrived right on time and were fitted with care perfectly. They are solidly made with quality white finish as requested and they look great. We choose top and bottom sections that can be opened independently to provide both privacy, ventilation and light as desired. Inside & Out Living were a pleasure to deal with and we could not be happier with the results, would highly recommend them.

Terrible Customer Service!!! Took twice as long for delivery. Twice after an install date was booked, they rang the day before and cancelled. Finally came the third time the install was booked. They didn't show me a sample and the installer took photos in my home without my permission. Will definitely not go back here again.
Anne helped me to choose curtains and blinds for my home. I was given lots of valuable information and great advice so making decisions was very easy - I just needed to answer Yes or No several times and pick the fabric.The next effort from me was to be at home during the installation and then enjoy the result: fantastic look, perfect fit - everything was much better than I could imagine.
