Colleen and Richard from Manly on Sydney’s northern beaches had just finished building their new home and needed window furnishings to complete the build. They contacted us and made an appointment to view the options available to them, in the comfort of their own home.
Contemporary roller blinds for a modern home
Colleen liked the idea of roller blinds as they provided a contemporary and clean look for their very modern home. She chose a combination of fabrics, on the living areas she chose translucent fabric which gave them privacy and in the bedrooms she went with double roller blinds using a sunscreen fabric for a daytime roller blind and a blockout roller blind for night.
Motorised roller blinds
All the fabrics co-ordinated and we complimented their wall colours with their chosen fabrics. Battery operated, motorised roller blinds were installed on the living room sliding doors but chain operated roller blinds on the rest of the house.
The end result was a beautifully finished off house with quality window furnishings providing a real investment in their home.
